About

I’m a Vancouver-based illustrator and designer who likes to brainstorm, generate ideas and make stuff for the digital realm and real world. While attending Emily Carr and Capilano University, I began creating iconic designs for clothing companies such as Westbeach, Quicksilver, Arson and Planet X Clothing.

I also got my start in TV and film working for studios such as Carbunkle Cartoons, where I designed title sequences and provided illustrations for Baby Huey and Ren & Stimpy.

In 1995, I began a 16-year career at Electronic Arts Canada as a Lead Artist, Art Director and Creative Director. My video game credits include Fifa Soccer, SSX, Sledstorm, NBA Street, the Need for Speed franchise, EA Playground, Medal of Honor, EA Sports Active, and many other titles.  I also had the opportunity to work on product design and development for soft goods and hardware for EA Sports Active.

For the 2010 Winter Olympics, I was honoured to be a consultant and one of the judges in the selection of the official Vancouver 2010 logo.

I now draw upon my unique skill set and diverse experiences to consult with video game developers working on a variety of platforms.

I have a passion for designing characters, customizing toys, crafting elaborate Halloween costumes and tending to my two rabbits – Sprinter and Naicha.
